"Services" refers to home, office, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleaning performed by Kervadino. "Client", "you", and "your" refer to any individual or entity booking or inquiring about our services.
2. Website Usage
By accessing kervadino.info, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable local, state, and federal laws. You agree not to misuse site forms or attempt unauthorized system access.
3. Scope of Services
Kervadino agrees to perform cleaning tasks agreed upon during booking. We reserve the right to decline cleaning items that pose safety hazards to our personnel (e.g., biohazards, unstable structural elements).
4. Bookings & Quotes
Quotes provided online or by email are estimates based on initial details provided by the client. Adjustments may occur if property conditions significantly differ upon arrival.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in USD ($). Payment terms are outlined in service quotes. Outstanding balances must be settled according to agreed schedules upon completion of service.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours advance notice without penalty. Late cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a standard lock-out or service fee.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe entry access, running water, functional electricity, and secure any loose pets prior to the cleaner's arrival.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, copy, graphics, logos, and brand elements on kervadino.info are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Kervadino.
9. Confidentiality
Our staff respect customer privacy. Any personal or business information observed on customer premises is kept strictly confidential.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for perfection, we make no guarantees regarding complete removal of permanent stains or aged damage.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by US law, Kervadino shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage or website access.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kervadino, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims resulting from your breach of these Terms.
13. Third-Party Tools & Neutrality
We use third-party analytics and form utilities. Inclusion of these tools does not constitute endorsement of any external service provider.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service agreements immediately in cases of unsafe working conditions or non-payment.
15. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for service delays caused by severe weather events, natural disasters, or government restrictions beyond reasonable control.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
